How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can track your order by:

  2. Contacting Customer Support: If you need further assistance, reach out to us via email or phone, and our team will provide an update on your order status.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

  • Order Modifications: Changes to items, shipping addresses, or payment details may be possible within the first few hours of placing the order.
  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been processed for shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping on qualifying orders and provide clear shipping details for all our products.

  • Range hoods: All range hood orders over $250 CAD qualify for free shipping.
  • Accessories: A flat shipping fee of $16.99 CAD applies to all accessories.
  • Other product categories: Shipping fees for other products are calculated at checkout.
Which shipping carrier does your company use?

Orders typically ship via UPS Standard, a reliable ground shipping service. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 3 to 7 business days within Canada.

What if I need my product sooner?

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and offers faster delivery compared to standard shipping. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Pricing and availability will be shown at checkout.

Warranty and Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Some items (such as clearance or custom-made products) may be non-returnable—please check product details before purchasing.
  • Shipping fees and/or restocking fees for returns may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a replacement, we can process an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. Shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions:
    • Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item:
    • Use the provided return label (if applicable) and drop the package off at your nearest shipping carrier.
  4. Processing & Refund:
    • Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.
What does the warranty cover, and how long does it last?

All Vesta Kitchen products come with a limited manufacturers warranty to ensure quality and reliability.

Coverage includes:

  • Most products come with a 1-year limited warranty, but select models may have extended coverage.
  • Most range hoods come with a lifetime motor warranty.
  • Please check your product manual or our website for specific warranty terms.

What’s not covered?

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic issues
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
