Warranty Registration
Thank you for choosing Vesta Extended Warranty. To activate your extended warranty, included as part of a product bundle, please register within 60 days of purchase. Complete your registration and upload your proof of purchase invoice.
Service Process
Vesta warranty services include:
- Technical support via email or phone.
- Replacement parts are shipped to resolve product issues.
- Product return for repair or replacement, if needed.
Proof of Purchase
Upon purchasing your extended warranty, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Vesta Extended Warranty ID. Keep this email for your records, as it’s required for future warranty claims.
Normal Use
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Commercial use may void the warranty.
What's Not Covered
- Damage due to improper installation.
- Damage from misuse or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect performance.
- Installation in non-recommended environments (e.g., using wall-mount units as under-cabinet).

• Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship via UPS Standard.
• Other Categories: Shipping fees for non-range hood products are calculated at checkout.

Troubleshooting
No Electricity After Installation
• Confirm the range hood wiring is correct.
• Check the circuit’s power supply and make sure the fuse is intact.
Vibration During Operation
• Confirm the range hood wiring is correct.
• Check the circuit’s power supply and make sure the fuse is intact.
Weak Suction
• Ensure the exhaust duct is at least 4 inches in diameter, under 10 feet in length, and has fewer than 3 turns. If any of these conditions are not met, it’s likely not a range hood issue.
• Test suction by running the hood without the duct. If it works normally, the duct setup is the problem; otherwise, contact the manufacturer.
• Check that the outlet flap is fully open. If there’s an exterior wind shield, consider removing its flap to prevent airflow obstruction.
Blower Doesn’t Rotate (Light is On)
• This may indicate a circuit board failure. Please contact the manufacturer.
Fan Wheel Stuck or Rattling
• The blower might be touching nearby wires; clean around it to remove any obstruction.
• If the fan is jammed or damaged from shipping, contact the manufacturer. -
